Individual Counselling

Counselling is a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Counselling is not something which is done ‘to you’ nor is it a 'quick fix’. It is a non linear process which occurs through collaborative input by both counsellor and client.

What to Expect in a Session

An individual counselling session is your dedicated time to feel heard and supported. We typically meet for 50 minutes once a week in a consistent, confidential space. However, this can be as frequent as you like.  There is no set agenda or 'right' way to be; we work collaboratively at a pace that feels safe for you, focusing on the challenges you face and building the resilience needed for meaningful change. Transitioning into therapy is a significant step, so I invite you to reach out for a brief, free 15 minute conversation if you have any questions about the process.
